Collection: Albert Einstein Prints

Albert Einstein (1879–1955) reshaped physics with relativity and spent the second half of his life speaking on peace, education and curiosity. He wrote and spoke mostly in German, so about half of this collection is set in the German original, with the English translation on the product page; the rest are lines he gave in English during his American years.

These are prints for places where people think: a study, a home office, a science classroom, a child's bedroom. The typography is plain and confident and lets the sentence do the work. If you are buying for a teacher or a graduate, the curiosity lines are the safe choice.

Questions people ask

Did Einstein really say all of these? Not all of them, and we say so. Einstein attracts more misattributed quotes than almost anyone. Each product page carries a confidence grade: high where a letter, lecture or published text is known, medium where the wording is a loose paraphrase, and disputed for lines that probably are not his at all.
