Welcome to The Quote Shop. By purchasing or downloading our products you agree to these terms.

What you are buying

Each product is a digital print file (PDF) of a typographic artwork, delivered by email immediately after purchase. No physical item is shipped. Files are provided in the design and size combinations shown on the product page.

Your licence

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to print and display the artwork for personal use — in your home, office, or as a private gift. You may print the file as many times as you like for those purposes.

You may not: resell, redistribute, share or publish the digital files; sell prints or products made from them; use them commercially (including print-on-demand services, marketplaces, or client work); or claim authorship of the designs. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by The Quote Shop.

Quotations and attributions

Quotations are attributed to their commonly recognised authors. Where scholarship disputes an attribution, we say so on the product page and sell the quotation as it is popularly known. Attribution notes are provided in good faith and are not warranted as definitive scholarship.

Delivery and downloads

Files are delivered via a secure download link sent to the email address provided at checkout. Download sessions are time-limited for security, and a fresh session can be opened from your confirmation email at any time. Keep copies of your downloaded files; we may retire files or designs from sale.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where supported and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacement of the product or refund of the price paid. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or your local consumer protection laws.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
