You don't get paid for the hour. You get paid for the… — Jim Rohn | Printable Wall Art

“You don't get paid for the hour. You get paid for the value you bring to the hour.”

Words by Jim Rohn (1930-2009) — Motivational speaker and author.

About this quote

This quotation shifts the focus from time spent working to the quality and impact of the work produced. It challenges the conventional idea of trading hours for money, suggesting that personal growth, skill, and focus determine true worth. By developing your abilities and increasing what you deliver, you increase the value of every hour you invest.

Jim Rohn, an influential American motivational speaker and author, frequently shared this principle during his seminars and audio programmes in the late twentieth century. It remains a cornerstone of his philosophy on personal economics and self-improvement.

People often hang this print in a home office or study to encourage focus, productivity, and self-improvement.
