Whoever is happy will make others happy too. — Anne Frank | Printable Wall Art

“Whoever is happy will make others happy too.”

Words by Anne Frank (1929-1945) — German-Dutch diarist, author of The Diary of a Young Girl.

About this quote

This line expresses the belief that joy is inherently shared. Happiness is not merely a private emotion; it creates a ripple effect that brightens the lives of those nearby. True inner joy radiates outwards, giving strength and comfort to others. It suggests that by nurturing our own spirit, we naturally uplift the people around us.

Written by Anne Frank in her diary on 7 March 1944, while hiding from Nazi persecution in Amsterdam. It reflects her quiet optimism and emotional maturity during one of the darkest periods of modern history.

People often hang this print in living rooms or hallways to greet family and guests with warmth.
