Sometimes life hits you in the head with a brick. Don't lose… — Steve Jobs | Printable Wall Art

“Sometimes life hits you in the head with a brick. Don't lose faith.”

Words by Steve Jobs (1955-2011) — Co-founder of Apple.

About this quote

Severe setbacks and unexpected hardship are an inevitable part of living. When events feel overwhelmingly painful or sudden, it is easy to give up. The core message is about resilience and maintaining confidence in your purpose. Difficulties do not mean you have failed; they are often simply painful disruptions that test your resolve and commitment to what you love.

Steve Jobs spoke these words during his famous commencement address at Stanford University in June 2005. He was reflecting on his public dismissal from Apple in 1985 and how that failure ultimately freed him to enter a creative period.

People often hang this in a home office or study as a reminder to persevere through professional difficulties.
