I am the greatest, I said that even before I knew I… — Muhammad Ali | Printable Wall Art

“I am the greatest, I said that even before I knew I was.”

Words by Muhammad Ali (1942-2016) — Heavyweight boxing champion.

About this quote

This line speaks to the power of self-belief and vision. Ali suggests that true greatness begins in the mind long before it is visible to the world. By declaring his potential early on, he used conviction to shape his reality, demonstrating that supreme confidence is often the necessary first step towards extraordinary achievement.

Muhammad Ali made this statement during his boxing career in the mid-twentieth century. Known for his bold media presence, he frequently declared his supremacy before winning his first world heavyweight title in 1964.

People often hang this in a home gym or study as a daily reminder to build bold self-confidence.
