Chi non fa, non falla. — Italian Proverb | Printable Wall Art

“Chi non fa, non falla.”
“He who does nothing makes no mistakes.”

A traditional Italian saying, set as gallery-quality typographic wall art.

About this quote

This traditional proverb reminds us that errors are an inevitable part of taking action. Avoiding action completely guarantees freedom from failure, but it also prevents any possibility of progress or achievement. The message encourages us to accept the risk of making mistakes, framing them not as personal flaws, but as necessary evidence that we are actively attempting something meaningful.

This is an old Italian proverb of uncertain origin, widely recorded in regional folk sayings and idiomatic dictionaries across Italy for centuries. Similar variations appear in several European languages.

People often hang this print in a home office or creative studio to encourage bold action over perfectionism.
